Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES

We strive to ensure simple and cost-efficient shipping rates for our clients. We currently offer shipping across South Africa and shipping times will depend on your location. Our standard shipping rate is R100 including tax.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free delivery at this stage.

Our warehouse is located within Johannesburg and all times are provided are based on delivery from Johannesburg to our customer's chosen destination. 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers & PO Boxes.

Our estimated lead times for delivery nationally are based on our courier partner Fastway Couriers and are typically between 1-3 days after dispatch from our warehouse. Orders for delivery within the greater Johannesburg and Pretoria area are usually delivered within the next working day. It is our goal to ensure deliveries are completed within 7 to 10 working days from order placement. As we are a new online business our delivery timelines are not guaranteed and in some cases may take up to 15 working days to fulfil.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

Once your order has been placed we will send you the order confirmation and tracking number to be used with our courier partner Fastway Couriers.
